Canes and foldable walkers are able to fit within our van. Loading and unloading off the van requires a big step up into the van. Unfortunately our vans are not wheelchair accessible.
For our walking tours, participants should be comfortable walking moderate distances (up to a mile) on uneven terrain.
For our boat tours, guests should be comfortable walking a very short distance, approximately one block, from Portland Beer Hub to the dock ramp. The dock ramp may be steep depending on the tide. Loading and unloading from a power boat is required.
Specifically our Fort Tour involves unloading on a floating dock, which can be tricky to navigate. The For Tour includes extensive walking on House Island with uneven terrain, dark underground areas, and historically preserved features. Participants should have good mobility due to the rugged nature of the fort and its surroundings.

There are many public parking lots and street parking spots in Portland’s Old Port and surrounding Portland Beer Hub.
We recommend arriving early to find parking as the less expensive lots fill up quickly. Our preferred parking lots are Hub Furniture Lot, Custom House Parking Garage, and Ocean Gateway Parking Lot.
Paid street parking is available with a 2 hour maximum amount of time in the space. Street parking is free on Sundays
We do not offer custom pick up for public tours. Custom pick-up may be available for private tours. Please inquire when booking your private tour.
